For the seventh year, East London Dance and UAL: London College of Fashion are delighted to offer students and emerging practitioners the opportunity to take part in the Creative Lab 2025.

Creative Lab will bring together a select group of costume designers, choreographers and creative technologists to investigate how physical computing, motion capture, interactive design and virtual, augmented and mixed reality can inform practice when combined with dance and choreography.

 
This 6 day intensive programme starts with presentations, workshops and experimentation in the Digital Learning Lab and maker spaces at the London College of Fashion campus at East Bank, in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Participants will then work together in smaller groups to develop interdisciplinary ideas further with the help of our workshop leaders.
 
This call is open to emerging costume designers, choreographers and technologists with an interest in exploring the possibilities of technology and collaborative working practices. UAL students and graduates with backgrounds in fashion and costume, media production and interactive design subjects are actively encouraged to apply.
