Continuum Festival – Panel Discussions

Continuum – Panel Discussions

Back in July our team of 12 future innovators – The Fi.ELD – took over The Talent House  with Continuum, a two day festival of dance workshops, performances and panel discussions to equip early years dance creatives with knowledge and networks to create an environmentally and holistically sustainable career in the dance industry.

During the festival The Fi.ELD presented two panel discussions:

Dance and the Climate, looked at how we can make a positive environmental impact in the dance world, from technological advances to practical ways of reducing waste.

Sustainable Careers from Head to Toe, looked at how dance creatives can cultivate resilience throughout their careers.

We are delighted to be able to share both panel discussions for you to enjoy.

Dance and the Climate:

Hosted by Tia Denton, with Lucy Bird (Environmental Sustainability Officer, Rambert), Anjali Prasharsavoie (Cultural Producer and Events Programmer), Richard Brett (Goldsmiths University) and Suba Subramaniam (Artistic Director, Akademi). BSL interpretation provided by Love Language.

Sustainable Careers from Head to Toe:

Hosted by Tia Denton, with Phoebe Constantine, Keron Proverbs and Christie Lee Manning

The Fi.ELD is a unique East London Dance programme funded by Esmée Fairbairn Foundation and supported by Sadler’s Wells, designed to develop the future innovators of dance, equipping them with skills and resources to make their ideas happen.
