Venue and Business Manager

As East London Dance starts its next pioneering chapter from a new home at the Talent House, the organisation is seeking to appoint the brand new role of Venue and Business Manager.

The Venue and Business Manager will ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the Talent House, its spaces and systems for our staff, partners, beneficiaries and customers and support the multi-year growth of the commercial income stream and all related operations of the building.

Your Profile

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, open minded, commercial thinker to step into this role and go on a fast-paced journey with the new leadership team. You are someone with a passion for people, an interest in the arts and a desire to bring your commercial and venue experience to underpin the charity’s business. You embrace innovation, can develop new business models, maximise income, and support the continued financial resilience of the organisation.

  • Salary: £35,000 per annum
  • Full time – permanent
