East London Dance, Frantic Assembly and Avant Garde Dance present a day of exciting physical theatre and dance workshops as part of Frantic’s national training programme for 16-20 year old men, Ignition.
Do you want to pursue a career in dance and theatre? Would you like to get a taste of professional drama and dance techniques that are used in the rehearsal room? Want to get insight from professional artists about devising and creating work? All for FREE!?
Then this opportunity is for you!
We are inviting Ignition alumni, anybody who has auditioned at any point for the Ignition project and any young men aged 16 – 20 to take part.
The day will include two workshops exploring physical and dance theatre. There’ll be another chance to work with some familiar faces with a High energy workshop from Frantic Assembly, plus a workshop led by Avant Garde Dance Artistic Director Tony Adigun exploring the company’s production, Fagin’s Twist.
