Theatre with no fear.

We are delighted to be once again working with Frantic Assembly to introduce young east London men to the world of theatre training and performance as part of the Ignition programme.

Ignition is Frantic Assembly’s flagship training programme for young men, aged 16-20. Through free Taster and Trial workshops across the UK, from Edinburgh to Plymouth, 12 of the bravest and brightest are selected to form the Frantic Ignition Company.

This performance is the culmination of a 5-day residency at Stratford Circus Arts Centre. Working as a company with Frantic Assembly, they will create a new piece of exhilarating, risk-taking and energetic theatre that harnesses young voices, energy and commitment.

Frantic Assembly work with 9 arts partners across the UK to ensure Ignition reaches young men with little or no access to theatre.

Frantic Ignition is generously supported by the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation. The Ignition 2017 Intensive Residency has been funded by the Andrew Lloyd Webber Foundation.
